For all Splash Art Class events, the host will be charged a non-refundable deposit to hold the requested date. We accept cash, check or credit card.
The deposit will be applied to the travel fee if applicable. If there is no travel fee, the deposit will be applied to balance due at the end of the event.
Selecting a Painting
All parties scheduled at least 2 weeks in advance will have the option to select a new painting not currently in our gallery. The host will work together with Splash to come up with the painting for their event. If the party is scheduled less than 2 weeks in advance than the host will select an option from the gallery.
A travel fee will be incurred for any party 10 miles from our mailing address.
(10-24 miles - $50.00, 25-34 miles - $90.00, + $40.00 each additional 10 miles)
If the party is cancelled at least 14 days prior to the event date then the deposit can be transferred to a later date. Otherwise the deposit will act as the cancellation fee.
All payments are non-refundable.
